Did I speak too soon? I don't think so.

Three days ago I had a bit of a whinge about how little had been done on our house in the past month. The very next day some brick layers turned up and got to work. Half a garage wall appeared, the bottom floor was wrapped and walls were partially bricked on three sides. There are also nice little nests of tiles sitting on the roof ready to be layed. And for the first time in a month, Roland and I are smiling and thinking that Christmas is still achievable...
