Bit by Bit

As one would hope, a bit has happened on the house in the six weeks since this was last updated. But as one would also expect from this job, it hasn't been a much as we would have liked. The bricking has just been finished which is excellent, so once the garage roof is one, we'll be officially at lock-up stage. Work inside has also been moving along, with wiring, plumbing and insulation going in. We're told that the plasterers are only a few days off, but we've come to realise such comments don't really mean anything. So a Christmas finish has all but been forgotten as we become resigned to the reality of an Easter date...*sigh*...
